Webgility Desktop Data Sync Quickbooks connection error after QB R11 upgrade

There is currently a Quickbooks error that is impacting Webgility services. If you are using Quickbooks Desktop 2021 and recently upgraded to version R11, you will receive one of the following error messages on Webgility Desktop when trying to post an order to Quickbooks Desktop or fetch information:

The version of QBXML that was requested is not supported or is unknown or Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index.

If you encounter this error message, send us an email on support@webgility.com for steps or initiate a chat so one of the rep can help you fix the problem instantly. A support team member will ask you to join a RingCentral screen share and implement a fix. This process should take no longer than 15 minutes and must be done over the computer.
